In the Copilot panel, use the "Create a presentation" prompt:
"Create a monthly revenue performance presentation for hotel ownership. Include slides for: performance summary with key metrics, variance vs. budget explanation, competitive set positioning, forward outlook and strategy. Professional tone, data-driven."
Copilot will generate 6–10 slides with placeholder text based on your prompt.
Copilot generates structure and language — you fill in the real numbers. For each slide:
Select any slide and ask Copilot: "Add speaker notes to this slide explaining the key talking points for an ownership audience who isn't familiar with revenue management terms."
Copilot generates 3–5 sentences of speaker notes that translate the data into plain business language.
