What you'll need

  • Google account with Google Sheets access (free)
  • PMS pickup data exported to CSV (export from Opera, Mews, or any PMS as a CSV file)
  • Google Workspace with Gemini features, OR use the free Gemini sidebar at sheets.google.com

Use Google Sheets Gemini to Build a Weekly Pickup Dashboard

Step 1: Import Your PMS Pickup Data

  1. In Google Sheets, go to File > Import and upload your PMS CSV export
  2. Choose "Replace current sheet" or "Insert new sheet(s)"
  3. Your data should now have columns like: Arrival Date, Rooms On Books (today), Rooms On Books (same time last year), Budget Rooms, ADR, Revenue
