- Your key metrics and talking points prepared in a Word document or bulleted notes (optional but recommended)
- Your hotel's branded PowerPoint template (if your property has one)

Step 1: Prepare a Text Outline of Your Key Points
Before opening PowerPoint, spend 5 minutes writing out the key points you need to cover. This doesn't need to be polished — bullet points are fine.
