What you'll need
- Microsoft 365 subscription with Copilot enabled
- Outlook desktop app (version 2302 or later) or Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com)
- Copilot feature visible in the New Email compose window (look for the Copilot icon in the toolbar)

Step 1: Start a New Email
Click New Email in Outlook. In the compose window, you'll see a Copilot icon in the toolbar (it may say "Draft with Copilot" or show a sparkle icon).
